Specifically:
ISO 9001 systems taking us to next level
MRB
CAR – failure analysis – customer
Approve and follow through all internal and external corrective actions
Complete System and process audits. Follow up of action items.
Develop inspection procedures and sampling plans.
Motivate and train Quality Engineers in process and final inspection
Oversee training employees in quality tools and statistical methodology
Support qualification, environmental and reliability test programs
Oversee maintenance of the Quality Information System.
Insure maintenance of our extensive online SPC system (Hertzler)
Responsible for writing and revising procedures.
Requirements:
BS Degree
Hands on experience with SPC and inspection.
Extensive training in Quality Fundamentals
Excellent in Leadership
