These lines of Multi-Layer High-Q Capacitors, HiQ MLCC, HiQ Capacitors, SMT Capacitors, Low ESR Capacitors and Low Loss Capacitors have been developed for High-Q and microwave applications. Use the links on the right hand side of this page for more detailed information on our High-Q RF Capacitors.

General Use High-Q

• The S-Series (01005, 0402, 0603, 0805) capacitors give an ultra-high Q performance, and exhibit NP0 temperature characteristics

Low Cost Mid-Q

• The L-Series (0201 NP0) capacitors give mid-high Q performance, and exhibit NP0 temperature characteristics.

Power and High Voltage RF (High-Q)

• The E-Series (1111, 2525, 3838) capacitors give excellent high-Q performance from HF to Microwave frequencies. They exhibit NP0 characteristics. Typical uses are high voltage, high current applications. They are offered in chip (Ni barrier or Non-Magnetic Pt.-Ag) or in Non-Magnetic leaded form.

Gold Terminated 0201 X7R

• The W-Series (0201 X7R) capacitors offer a large capacitance value in an ultra-small 0201 package size. These exhibit a X7R temperature characteristic.
