Job Summary
The Pricing Administrator reports to the VP of Marketing and will be located in Camarillo, CA. This position will be responsible for implementing and updating the company’s pricing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. A significant part of this work will be using Microsoft Excel.
Essential Functions

  • Accurately maintain Johanson price files for all 1.8 million part numbers.
  • Actively participate with the implementation team on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • Prepare/update procedures for use of the system (possibly create associated training videos)
  • Support the sales team in creating new price files and loading these into the system.
  • Help identify and assist with system enhancements.
  • Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems.
  • Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration.
  • Ensure pricing information in our system is always accurate.
  • Capable of following Company and Department procedures/policies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Excel
    • Exploding a price summary sheet into ten thousand or twenty thousand part numbers and correctly assigns prices to each of those part numbers.
    • Create Macros to aid in creating the individual part number / price list.
    • Ensure thorough and accurate pricing for all part numbers.
    • Configuring this spreadsheet for import into our CRM system.
    • Competence in pivot tables to summarize data for management.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Importing these into our Microsoft CRM system
    • Running a Microsoft Power Automate process to revise/update pricing on part numbers.
    • Create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM use and minimize time required to enter or update data.
    • Participate in implementation team meetings and take a leadership role (working closely with the VP of Marketing) on the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
  • Establish rapport with sales teams and other departments to ensure a sense of team in training, all assignments and daily operations.
  • Proven track record of successfully working autonomously, while enjoying the opportunity to work on team-based tasks and projects
  • Proven experience in a global environment working with numerous Johanson locations
  • Strong/proven problem solving skills across multi-disciplinary skill sets and ability to function in a start-up environment
  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize competing requests, while keeping lines of communication open and the sales team satisfied
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Tools
  • SharePoint experience a plus
  • Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills

Work Environment
This job operates in a manufacturing/ production environment. This role occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers.

Position Type/Expected hours of work
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Forty or more (40+) hours within a workweek.
Travel
None - Travel is not required for this position.
Required Education and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing pricing or product information and some experience with information transfer between excel and a database.
Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Accounting or similar is strongly preferred
  • Advance Knowledge in Microsoft Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot tables and macro creation/troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) Experience preferred
