- Print forms of new quotes, invoices, orders, changes, and reschedules.
- Correlate quote prices match order submissions.
- Data entry of new quotes, orders, changes and reschedules.
- Send quotes, orders, invoices and change acknowledgments.
- Handle faxes for the sales department.
- Prep contract reviews for orders and quotes requiring filing.
- File all quotes and orders.
- Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times.
- Cross training as required so that clerk can occasionally fill-in vacant Inside Sales desks, when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- MS Office Suite proficient.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Organization skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize; initiative and work under minimal supervision.
- Detail oriented.
